• Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you provide in relation to Bengaluru Pets Services, including name, age, contact details, address, and government-issued ID for age or exotic pet registry verification.
• Automatic Information: We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of Bengaluru Pets Services, including information about your interaction with content, form submissions, and services available through our Platform. Like many websites, we use cookies, submission IP logging, and unique identifiers to prevent fraud and protect platform integrity.
• Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery, transit, and address information from our carrier partners, or health/vaccination logs from verified breeding farms.

• Purchase and delivery of products and live pets: We use your personal information to take and fulfill orders, coordinate specialized animal transport, issue veterinary health cards, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products, services, and promotional offers.
• Provide, troubleshoot, and improve Bengaluru Pets Services: We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of Bengaluru Pets Services.
• Age verification and compliance: We use personal data and government photo ID copies strictly to verify that buyers meet our mandatory 18+ legal age requirement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and to fulfill government registry mandates (such as PARIVESH portal filings under MoEFCC guidelines).
• Comply with legal obligations: In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws, municipal regulations, and statutory tax audits.
• Communicate with you: We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to Bengaluru Pets Services via different channels (e.g., by phone, e-mail, chat, or WhatsApp).
• Fraud prevention, security, and abuse control: We record form submission IP addresses and device metadata to detect spam, prevent fraud, block non-brand link injections, and protect our infrastructure. IP addresses associated with prohibited activity or harassment are automatically and permanently blocked across all brand sites operated by KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited.

To enable our systems to recognize your browser or device and to provide, secure, and improve Bengaluru Pets Services, we use cookies, pixel tags, and other identifiers. Specifically:

4. Does Bengaluru Pets Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers' personal information to others. We share customers' personal information only as described below, and with KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited and subsidiaries that it controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

• Transactions Involving Third Parties & Affiliates: We make available to you services, products, or live animals provided by third-party verified breeders, affiliated farms, and transport partners. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transaction, and we share customer personal information related to those transactions strictly with that third party to complete order fulfillment.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering live animals via specialized transit, sending e-mail (through Zoho's secure mail infrastructure), delivering order updates and one-time passwords over WhatsApp, analyzing data, providing search results, and processing payments via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (PayU and CCAvenue). These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes, and must process it in accordance with applicable law.
• Protection of Bengaluru Pets and Others: We release account and other personal information ONLY when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Bengaluru Pets, our users, or our staff. This includes exchanging information with statutory authorities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Notice on Informal Inquiries: Informal phone calls, verbal demands, or unofficial requests from third parties or officials acting outside statutory jurisdiction will NOT be granted access to customer data.

• We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling payment card metadata through certified payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking credentials.

Advertising: Bengaluru Pets Services do not display third-party advertising, and we do not share your name or direct identifying information with advertising networks or data brokers. The only third-party identifiers active on our Platform are the analytics services named in Section 3, which collect non-identifying telemetry under their own privacy policies.

External Links: Our Platform contains links to other websites and applications (such as courier tracking or payment portals). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

Bengaluru Pets does not sell live animals or products for purchase by children. We sell products and live pets for purchase strictly by adults (18 years of age or older). If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Bengaluru Pets Services only with the involvement and express consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Aggregated Location Reporting

Our analytics providers report visitor volume by city and state in aggregate. This information is used internally to understand demand and diagnose performance problems. It consists of aggregate counts only, identifies no individual user, reveals no street address or full IP address, and contains no personal data. Providers additionally withhold data for very small counts.
